HMT and Sparkedit help needed

How do u load .map files into HMT and how do you save changes carried out in Sparkedit as only a ppf so i can post things ive done up on here

in hmt you just click on open cache file and select your map.....pretty straight forward.

in SE tho, you can't save as a ppf. you have to save your map and us another prog to make the ppf.

you could probably get it in the utils section of this site, or do a search for it.
