HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

I'm a newbie on the halo modding scene did some modding of half-life cs a long time back but i was just wondering what the best programs are for doing the various things?

There are so many tuts/stickies/new-to-modding docs out there. You should look before posting a ? like this. I'm bored, so i'll help u.

Get:
HMT v3.5
SparkEdit 3.02
HHT(Halo Hacking Tools)
HHHT(Helpful Halo Hacking tool)

all those and other various tools can be found in the Utilites section of files.halomods.com
