Uploading cache files???

how do i find the cach files on my xbox and after this how do i upload them??? i have a ethernet cable connecting my xbox and pc and i have windows 98 so that microsoft program deosnt work.

use a program called flashfxp, you can dowload the trial for free

also, you HAVE TO HAVE a modchip (well, not exactly, but i'm not going to get into the other ways)
