Flash disk

Is there anyway to download a flash disk on your computer and send it to your xbox, because there is a mod chip i seem to have, but hasn't been flashed yet, so it wont work. We cant find the person with the flash disk and i'm trying to find one over the internet... is that possible, and if so send the link for it
