Softmodding an Xbox

Ok, I know theres a lot of tutorials on this but I couldn't find one. I'm using mechassault to softmod mine. I can't find the game save. I use to have my xbox modded but took it off and can't remember how to do it. If someone could give me a link to get the game save that would be great.
