I had this same problem as well once or twice. My problem was that I was using FileZilla to connect and make sure I had the correct path to my backed up game (I kept getting the message that "default.xbe" couldn't be found), but then I didn't disconnect FileZilla before starting the install. Make suer you are NOT logged in via your FTP while you are trying to run this program. Also, in the tutorial included with the file it mentions that people have problems with this program when they are using the MXM dashboard, in which case you can either figure things out for yourself, or you can change to a different dashboard. Finally, I do not mean this in a demeaning tone, but make sure that this is the correct IP of your xbox as well. Other than that, I don't have any ideas. Good Luck! I just performed this maybe 30 minutes ago and have been absolutely stunned by the quality put into these maps.
