my computer doesnt seem to recognize these files and asks me wat i would like to open it in. any idea wat im supposed to do?

Do you have Microfost .NET Framwork installed?
These two programs work off of that.

ya, but even after i installed it, it didnt seem to do much. i downloaded a program that can open it tho, so i think im good now.
