HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Hi I'm kind of new to the halo modding scene. I recentley download the nmp thing and it works great. I would like to add more of the maps that i see peopel have available fo download but i cant seem to find any tutorials on it.

I've read about replacing the cache files and such if they are in that special format but is that the only way to add a new map?

I guess what I'm asking is...is there a way to add multiple maps while still keeping the originals available for play or does it have to be done one at a time using the cache stuff?

Any help anyone can offer will be much appreciated. thanks.

what game are you talking about halo 1 or halo 2

Halo 1, NMP is for halo 1.

and yes he can FTP because he said that the NMP works great, therefore he's played it.

-Well there's a way to edit the 'default.xbe' file to point to another halo game, which can store more maps.etc.
