How Do I Download a Map Pack to my Xbox?

Hey, I'm really good when it comes to Halo, but when it comes to modding, I'm a total noob. How Do I download a map pack from this site and get it onto my xbox. Is it ok if the only mod on my xbox is a softmod? Please reply, I need Help.
