a really annoying glitch with ALL ai mods

ALL ai mods, including the AI in silent cartographer (ai that spawn without vehicles) that I've ever seen have a glitch. Player 4 is always on a team with the AI in free for all games. I'm guessing it's an xbe glitch... how can you fix this?
