I have looked everywhere and have not found it.
Does Anyone know how to get it were you dont fall out of the warthog when it flips over and could i do it through hex editing?
(I first saw this on one of BOLL's videos)

You go to XBox Saves and get the trainer editor. You can change something like never die or one hit kill to rider eject. Then you can never fall out of something.

I already have the czn trainer but it does not have the one where you dont fall out of the warthog. Is there another trainer that has it?

....or maybe you could just give the warthog the physics of the scorpion ( not acceleration/deceleration) so that you could never fall out, even if a rocket right next to you.
