ok i have an xbox live account i dont care abught so i want to get on xbox live with a softmodded xbox if i get band from xbox live using this account will i be able to use the same xbox and connection to get on with another account or will it ban that xbox and connection

it will ban YOUR xbox and you wont be able to go on with it no matter what account you use.
