HXE is Halo Xbox Editor right?????
Does that mean that it is like the same as HCE just it is for an Xbox instead??? Im a nOOb and need a lot of help. But I am a really good modeler, i just need help with what programs i need to get. Please help me!!!!

It's a program by SwampFox that allows easier porting CE tags to Xbox, and it also stands for my mappack, "Halo: Xtreme Edition".

Well, it is kind of old but it should be floating around in the utilities sections somewhere. If not, you can go to Halomaps.com and get it there.
