Is there anyway to add more than 3 vehicles in MP?

I can only get 3 vehicles to load in multiplayer, any yes I know there are only three vehicle dependancys. But is there a way to get more, mabey add a new global.
Also in spark edit I cant import scenery, however many times I slect the object and do add tag in se it does nothing? Whats going on?

1: last I heard you can only have three vehicles PLACED in the game globals (and so in the map), but you can have as many vehicles in the file as you want, but you can only have three swapped in at a time.
2:is this after you recursively injected the scenery? if so then after you do "add tag to scenario" you have to duplicate a peace of scenery, then swap it for the new scenery.

The first part is what I do, but it does not work and I've even tryed making the map file size bigger. Shame about only being able to use three vehicles!
