Linking shaders?

Ok, when injecting stuff I found from pokecancers posts that you gotta link shaders when doing it... but he said that nothing reallly needed to be explained for linking shaders... I dont understand. There is no "Link Shaders" button so how am I supposed to know? If anyone can enlighten me I would be extremely grateful!

linking shaders is the samething as changing the dependency's in the model
