(if i could delete this post i would) Ok, so you are new to modding... Look here and read, make sure you can do everything in this tutorial and then come here and ask questions. The only reason im sayin this is bec this tut helps many nOObs out(including me)

Hewo, u must be new here. here are some guidelines that i think u just broke (and some u didnt)
-when u make a new topic, tell what its about, dont say "???" or "NOOO!!!!" or "HELP!!!"
-use Search. its nice
-for non halo things, use Google, its more nice
