How can i do this?

Hey yall, im a sort of noob here. I have been downloading these mods for halo that are just insane, but i just cant help wondering when im playing these mods is "how can u do this?" Is there some sort of program? I need to know how u can make the gun models, the scenery, the vehicles and everything else in a multiplay lvl different. Plz no flame. Really appreciate feedback. Lookin foward to make sum sort of paintball mod of my own. thx

Well.

Thats like a 1st grader asking Shakespeare, "How do you write literary works of art?" No offense, theres just *SO* much involved, it can't be made in one leap or described in one post. Just look around the tutorials section on the files forum and play around with programs. If you have any specific questions about how to make a particular mod, thats fine; if you do some research first and TRY.
