How do you change rate of fire in HCE?

How do you change rate of fire in HCE?

I made the warthog shoot rockets, now how do I slow down that rate of fire? Can it be done in HCE?

Can't do it in HCE. You need HMT3.5 and then go to the weapons fold out-unfold that and then go to weapons. Click whatever weapon. Go to Rate of Fire then change it to your likeing.
30-Is a good fast speed
15-Is like the warthog
