Ok here's my slice --- I have in my hand a Xbit mod chip and was wandering once i have it installed should i go with the lates evoX bios (1.5 or1.6) or the latest Xecuter,,ive been to http://www.xbox-scene.com/bios_retail.html and just want to know the main pros and cons that give 1 of the 2 an advantage over the other.Also i need a dashboard,,,wtf is a dashboard what is its purpose? is it the startup with like the setting and sh%t? P.S. this would be highly highly helpful

Now if im not mistaken that doesnt include the EvoX bios? am i right if not correct me plzz.What else besides the files in this pack will i need?

It has everything you need to know there. Im not sure about the posting of bios names, links etc on this forum, but in that package it sounds like he's giving you the x2 4977 bios, which is just fine. Go with his package and follow the instructions and you'll be all right.

is that the Xecuter 4977 bios? btw did i make the right choice going with the X B.I.T.? Also should i stick with the evoX dashboard or is there somehing better? I havent been able to find the EvoX m8 1.0-1.5 or the EvoX m8 1.6 Anywhere so if you could email me a link to a place(saying no more),that would be great. thxx for listening to my N00B rambling.

That is the xecuter bios. xbit looks really sweet so ya id say so. Stick with evox - its the best for ppl who are still learning everything - hell istil use it as my main dash. not sure where to get m8. Im sure it will be in the usual places sooner or later.

Thanks for the intell bro c-ya in the forums. My search for a dashboard has ended and now my search for an EvoX m8 bios has began! :twisted:
