Spark Edit

I am completly new to spark edit, i was downlaoding stuff for my xbox wen i had the brilliant idea of doin stuff myself, 
but i dont no how to do anything really cept move stuff about. 
Can any1 help and give me advice or even better a tutorial on like how to do stuff. I have looked inthe tutorials but its nothing really gd.
I wld also like to no how to edit objects from maps and import/export them.
wat progs i wld need and the basics.
