will someone explain to me how to use smart ftp please

At the top of the screen you see adres: the ip-adres of your xbox should be here. (it cab be different for every1, mine is 192.168.0.5)
Right next to the adres you see "login": you5r username should be here (normally xbox) en next you see "password"; here you typ your password (normally xbox) Then hit the enter button to connect to the xbox.
The you can simply drag the files form your xbox to your pc.

Just make sure you've got your xbox on, in an evox menu. or some other bios

There are tuts on FTP Progs on smartftp.com, it's simple really.

Address = xbox IP
User = xbox
Pass = xbox

Then it's just like explorer on windows.
