Music inject help

Hi i have read over other injects but they do not come clear to me,i want to change my halo xbox main menu music to sumttin else can someone post step by step rules for me makeing it easy i dont feel liek messing up my XBOX game because i have finally beat all the levels on 5 account in all dificulties.
