best way to capture video?

hi!! all i have is an ibook with firewire,usb and a mini dvi input i also have a video camera

wich is the CHEAPEST way to capture video. is there some way i could hook it up to my video camera and record it that way??

Well, there are a few ways to capture video.
You can get an S-Video adapter, and plug the RCA cables into that and then put that into your Camera. (if it has an S-Video imput)
You could also, just plug your xbox into a VCR or something, and record.
I, personally have a video card in my computer that has a built in S-Video/RCA/Coaxial input. So I just record straight to my hard drive.
I have also heard that there are some debugs that can record video straight onto your xbox, while in game. I am not sure how it works.
