also, when I modded b40 to play as a grunt, I could not use any human weapons. how can I change that?

Use the Search Feature. Google. And Search @ files.halomods.com. That will give you an answer faster. Be patient. And don't immediatly demand an answer.

yeah... sorry... Ive been looking for a tut on how to do it, but I cant find anything. Could someone pm me or sent me a link on where I can find info on how to fix this....?
