How do I flash bios onto my mod chip

i know how to install the chip but how do you put in evox. Do you just put in a disc after you install the chip. Where do you get the disc. If thats right what all do i have to do after i put in the disc to get evox running and my xbox ready to download new levels. Also how do i get nmp on my xbox
