How do you make new levels on xbox

I really want to know how to make new levels. Is there a tutorial. What all do i need to download. This is for xbox. I know how to edit levels on pc but i want to know how to move blocks and stuff. thanks

you need to get sparkedit, and you need to read some tutorials, an/or search the forums. (it's quite simple: just click on search up at the top and type in something along the lines of ... "map building")
My advice, just read read read read!
