Weapon strength in HMT 3.0

How do you change the strength of a weapon in HMT 3.0. I know how to change rate, ammo, ect. but not power. Oh yeah, can you change the projectile of a weapon in HMT 3.0.
Yes swap the projectiles.

I personally like Halo Cache Editor [HCE] myself, go get it if you want. It's moer straight forward in that to change the damage/etc.
