Troubles with halo nmp multi player mod.

Ok a friend of mine has it and it works in his xbox. When we tried to transfer the files over to mine it wouldnt show up in my launch menu for some reason. We tried putting it in different drives and stuff but it still didnt work. It will not show up in my launch menu list but it is in the xbox and had no problems transfering.

Any idea what could be wrong? I have a chameleon 1.2 modchip. Its the solderless one. I dont think that the mod chip matters though. This is the first time i came accross this problem.
