Problem with compression

Problem with compression

When ever i go to compress any of my maps again so i can FTP them over i get some error message that just says Error when compressing map. and then the program dies.

And it's really annoying, Does anyone know how to fix this.

P.S I've tired to use Dot halo and HHT and both of them do the same thing.
