Well yes and no. After you rip out the old fan and stick it in their it should fit just fine, but you'll run into trouble with the hard drive try because that fan isn't rounded around the corners. you might either have to cut out a piece of the hard drive tray or round down the corners. here a turtorial @ xbox scene that shows you how to do it. I did this mod but with out the cathode fan, just an led fan for me. http://www.xbox-scene.com/articles/80mm-fan.php

I think I'll spend my 12 dollars on something else and save me some agony of screwing something up.
