Cannot mod damnation??????

Ok whats the deal with damnation i mean i cannot get anything to duplicate on the map and no b4 anyone says "do you have spark edit workin or hmt" yes i have both they work fine.
No matter what i try to add to the map it simply doesnt happen, has any1 else had the same problems and how do you mod this one please only sensible replys as i know this has been asked b4 and just got crap answers.

yeah I've heard that about damnation. I believe most people do the duplication with raw data. and then move them around in sparkedit

i duplicated in damnation once with a hex editor and xorange's tutorial(search for duplication on xbox-scene). Also, I couldn't use sparkedit 3 but 3.02 worked for me. i duplicated with it for sure.
