collision model help

How do I change a collision model? where do I find it in HMTv3 and should I use Milkshape3d to edit it? Can you tell me how to use MS? thanks, an answer to especially the 1st and 2nd question is all I ask.

1.you cannot edit collision models...yet
some guy is working on em, i think its berkano
2.its pretty damn easy. there are tutorials out there
