NEED MAJOR HELP TUTORIAL PLEASE!

OK. I am a complete noob when it comes 2 modding. need help with the dl with the hmpi,cxe+nmp.rar thing. i need a complete tutorial from the end of the download right up 2 playing the maps. (don't no how 2 [/b]START THE INSTALLING and plz dont send me 2 the angry camel site there tutorial is crap. ( got everyfing ftp, nstc halo just need help installing it ) thanks.

Ok.... wow. im assuming you downloaded it cuz you said you dont know how to install it. so no one can haelp you. its illegal
