NEW to modding! PLZ HELP ME!!! I want these new Halo maps!

I need help on what to get so I can download all multiplayer maps for HALO CE on XBOX!! Friends and I are tired of playing same old games and game types so we want a change! PLEASe help me with letting me know what stuff I need to mod my box to download these maps and then on how to install these maps once I have my box modded. I also need to know if I need to mod my friends box as well inorder to get them the maps as well, or if we just need one box to be modded and have the maps and the other one can play off of it! I would also like to know how to get the whole HALO game on the XBOX harddrive as well b/c the amount of usage of the game disc is wearing off pretty bad and I don't want to have to go out and by another game disc. when I have already gotten one, it just seems to fucking lame to have to buy another disc you have previously own. The disc has experienced a little too much of all nighters of playing HALO.

The only kind of modding I have done is put LEDs in my controller, in the xbox console, a power switch in my controller as well. So Im basically a nub with soldering and I will like to get a chip that is solderless and error proof. So PLZ HELP ME OUT HERE!!!!!
