creating a ppf patch... technical difficulties

I am in the process of creating a ppf patch, but the original file that i edited (with HMT) is larger than the new edited file, i have been using ppf studio, but it errors off when i try to create the ppf saying that the filesizes don't match and the ppf cannot be created
