The only way I can think of is to export the biggest boulder in bloodgulch to any modelling program and stretch the vertices to form a wall then export it back into bloodgulch. Next replace the texture of whitch ever boulder you chose with "levels\test\bloodgultch\blood cliff rock" texture.
Next Use the duplication plugin found under scenario in HMT3 and duplicate the required amount of boulders you need. Then use SparkEdit to form the Mountain Wall. Hope this helps

There's no point to doing this because you will only be modifying the model ("the way it looks"), but not the collision model ("the way it feels").
Thus you would just be walking right through your model.
...and, no, there is currently no way to make the collision model larger.
Next replace the texture of whitch ever boulder you chose with "levels\test\bloodgultch\blood cliff rock" texture.
Note: This step is only necessary if you want the boulder to look like the walls of bloodgulch.
Which, now that I think about it, would be a cool way to make the boulders blend more or less seamlessly and appear to be landscape.
Next Use the duplication plugin found under scenario in HMT3 and duplicate the required amount of boulders you need. Then use SparkEdit to form the Mountain Wall. Hope this helps
Currently this method (duplicating scenery and positioning it in the level) is the only way to create "new landscape"

BMS1...not correcting you or anything. Just throwing in my two cents for maca_s's benefit.
(Side note: This specific topic has been the focus of my modding endeavors for quite a while now. Mostly I'm working on modifying collision models so that we will actually have things like platforms and mountains to play with. Not there yet though...sorry)

Its cool I was just throwing out an idea whitch I tried and your right about the collision model. But you could always leave the boulder model alone that way you cant walk through it.

Yeah, that would be the best way to do it.
Just stack boulders or something until you end up with something cool.
Very time consuming though...even using sparkedit.
