Help Please (UI)

Ok i have a few questions about UI editing:

1. Is there a way to ADD map slots in the multiplayer area? Ex: Put another slot in for the MP level The Maw without losing any other maps.

2. How do they take the pictures of the levels for the icon above the description? Ex: The blood gulch pic of the warthog in front of the base

3. What , in your opinion, is the best UI editor?

I am currently using RPPE.
