Inserting xbox halo maps

Hey anyone know why only some of my NMP2 and cxe maps work? almost half of the cxe work but only one of the nmps work

Hey just a question for anyone i put the new NMP 2 and CXE programs on my xbox but not all the maps work about half the cxe works and only 1 nmp map work the rest all come up saying the disk is scrathed or dirty. and also that message comes up at different times somtimes right when i pick the level and other times after you pick the game type..
any suggestions. thanks for reading
