How do I permanently add new levels to Halo I downloaded?

I know the basic gist of adding new levels to halo. I was obviously able to play the Xbox: Hangar-X Conversion by Juggler BUT what I would like to do is make it a permanent MP level in halo. (i.e. being able to chose it in the MP level line up) I've tried several times to patch maps and doing other things with spark edit...but I was almost clueless. Is there anyway to do this?

go to the NMP forums and read up
currently i don't have it burned to my hd, so i'm having trouble, good luck
