how do i make a patch file (.ppf) permanent on a map?

hey! i have found a patch that i like a lot for bloodgulch. i want to make this permanent for the level. i have a backup just in case it gets old, but can someone please tell me how to the patch forever? help would be much appreciated. thnx!
