I need f*ucking help

I'm trying to change the projectile of what the pistol fires. i opened cashe 003 which is my level.I went to the projectile tab in hmt and swapped the pistol projectile meta with the scorpion projectile meta. i saved it as cashe 003 and ftp'd it to my box. when i load the level its just normal bg. i also noticed that for some reason when i overwrote the cashe 003 on my box with the cashe 003 on my pc the one i edited was half as many bites or whatever its measured in then the one on the xbox. i don't get hmt at all. someone please help

when you save it, you gotta save it over the original, same name and everything. and i think the size being smaller is natural. dont worry about that.

and amke sure you transfer the cache003 thats on your PC as cache003 AND cache 004 to your xbox, so you have more than one on your xbox, that way it wont read the original BG from the other 2 cache files.

yo man you should get halo cache editor you load it to your xbox ftp but you have to put it in app files it has alot of cool things you can change including projectiles and stuff. You have to make sure you have an apps file in E:\ or F:\ and that will show up on your dash. you can get halo cache editor from www.eurasia.nu
