I'm trying to inject my own title music. I got my song (about 1:30 long). Converted it from mp3 to wav, converted it to the Xbox codec's format, converted the bitrates etc. (the 48 kb/s, 4 bit, 44.1 stuff). Everything converted successfully (I can go to the file's properties, and all the attributes there are correct, shows up as a wav file and plays correctly).
The problem is, HMT v3.5 won't let me inject it, saying it needs to be a valid ADPCM Wav file. I look at it, and from what I can tell, it is a valid file.
Could anyone help me out with why this isn't working?

what program did you use to convert it?
Are you sure you got the proper codec?
Double check everything...
Some converters are liars and don't convert the the bitrate that you want, try different ones. I had the same problem. Did you use my tutorial on halomods and used the converter i linked out>?
