Changin the Rate of Fire

using hmt v3.5 i can put zoom on assault rifle, i see their are options to change clip size, rate of fire etc but for some reason i can not alter this.
I have altered the hog to shoot rockets but it is to powerfull, i want to change its rate of fire & slow it down, give it a reloading time.

Any help with this would be great

what do you meen you cant change the ROF? (rate of fire)
you can change it, and if you want to make the damage of the rocket's from click the fold out of "damage"
also check how fast the other guns speeds are to get a good idea on how fast/slow you want to make the gun.

i can't seem to find what the other gun speeds are. & when i make up a speed or a clip size i get the following error msg "error while trying to update and write structure"

When i look at projectiles it will tell me speed of bullets & if they are homing or how long a life they have.

But when i look at weapons it doesn't give me any info excepte for the zoom & that seems to be the only thing i can edit with out an error msg.
does this make sense or have i lost the plot?

i just want o edit ROF, clip size, reload times (like what the tank has etc)

*edit: yes i have lost the plot, all i needed to do was open my eyes and see the drop down arows "projectile" & "clip"

The "errror while trying to update meta structure" usually occurs when you try to input a negative number, something that's not a number, or when you make the number completely blank I beleive. So try to highlight the value already there and change it that way.
