Making an installer Help (VS 2008)

ok so i created a new Setup thing.
I dont really know where to go from there. What im trying to do is make the installer move folders that are inside the installer...To C:\program files\microsoft games\....
Then it creates a folder on your desktop with all the shortcut icons. Any help?
