Sending XBL messages via application

I want to create an application that will send a mass amount of messages to my friend. Yea I know its stupid and immature, but I dont care. I basicly have the entire layout done some code, but I dont know how to get my app to enter text into a certain textbox on the internet page, then hit send. I am using C# by the way.

I made one of those a while ago, it did this:

Showed friends list + gamer pic
Send messages
Add friends
Accept friend requests

Thanks so much I can finally send a hellspawn of messages to my friend so he'll stop sending me profane messages.
