HaloMods "Classic" Read-only Archive

Well I'm trying to create a user in VB Express 2005, now I'm trying to figure out how to create a user account for a program. One example I can think of is in UberScreenshotTool, where you can add/remove Xbox's.
Wait, I may have it here...Has it got something to do with a SQL Database?
I don't think I installed that...I had better go back.

You could make a settings file, and write all the users in it or something, that's how I would implement it, I'm sure there are lots of better ways to do it, but theres more than one way to skin a guerilla(my math teacher always said that last year)...
