Check at the bottom of the list. There should be something saying what a gravity rifle is. He could have just posted it in there.

I was wondering if it was possible to make a vehicle teleport? Like you go thru a teleporter door and the vehicle moves with you in it? I think its possible to make it by swapping the abilities of MC with that of the Warthog for example (the fact that the MC can pick up grenades and overshields and stuff and go thru a teleport) so that IF its possible, to make a vehicle teleport (when you roll over a teleporter, the Warthog is transported and you with it!)

i came up with this a long time ago, and it is possible, some one just has to find out where the biped through tele info is and impliment it to a vehicle.

it is possible in theorie to make a teleporting vehichle by changing its tag type to biped. I hhavent tested but it should work.
