on the internet you can join game or create a game, i create a game, put the map, the play mode and more but when i start, no one comes

If you have a router you have to foward ports.

IP;Port.

If thats your IP you probably have a router(btw in your case I would erase some of those numbers).

Dont make a game yourself.There are dedicated server that do hosting all day with less lagging.
