How do I install VB?

sorry for the n00b question and it should be easy to figure out but,How do I install VB? I dl the trial, I unzip it, and then what? it just unzips some dll's I dont get an exe anywere. plz help

THere is one version of vb that most ppl think is a trial, but its just plugins

NVM!!!!!!!!!!!!! I'm getting Visual basic on thursday . My sister is getting it from a college book store,AND SHE GETS A DISCOUNT w00t. now I dont have to pay $zillionorz dollorz
