How to make Toggles work!!

Well, Bitter was teaching abit about working with modules and stuff, he wrote me a simple tutorial in a frm, but the thing is i kinda deleted one bit of code (I still have it in the orignal tutorial vb files) but the thing is I didnt know which one it was before, the idea is to be able to press 1 and then it changes the hex to a set hex, then press it again (1) and it will default back to the normal, I have all the hex's that I want to use, its just making the one key toggle, Im confused.

So if anyone can help me cheers =D
